Dry Ale Yeast: Fast fermentation, high sedimentation, medium final gravity.

Temperature Range: 12-25C (53.6-77F) Ideally 15-20C (59-68F)

Dosage: 11.5g in 20-30 litres

Instructions: Sprinkle straight onto wort
