Pure Liquid Malt Extract provides vital fermentables, flavours and aroma to form the perfect base for individual extract brewing recipes. It also allows you to increase alcohol, while giving your beer superior body and mouthfeel.
This is cold filled into a pouch, instead of a can, to retain all the delicate flavours and aromas which are lost using the traditional canning process.
Use as a base for your own extract beer recipes or as an enhancer to boost alcohol, body and flavour to any beer kit, all grain, or extract beer recipes.

Liquid malt extract is the basis of your beer, to which grains can be steeped with and hops added in a boil.
You can combine 2 pouches (3 kg) with hops to make a 5 gallon (pint) batch. Similarly, use 1 pouch with 1 kg spray malt or sugar. Or simply 1 can for a 2.5 gallon (20 pint) batch.
